Price-list Server has a powerful math engine inside. The math engine can do massive calculations on prices. For example, if you need to raise all your prices of 5%. You don’t need to import the data again, just let Price-list Server calculate the prices for you, synchronize the data and update your InDesign document.

Thanks to the math engine you have also this powerful feature available. It’s possible to create a list of codes and join it in a new freely creable article code. The result of the operation will be placed in the new article ready to be imported with inDesign. The calculation will be done every single time you synchronize your data with inDesign so your prices will always be aligned if some prices on the list has changed.

Another use of the math engine is the analyzer. This business intelligence feature gives you the possibility for a massive check on the prices. The analyzer confront the columns of the prices on a given percentage of difference and he will advise you if something is not coeherent with the target. It’s very critical feature for finding errors on prices.

Price-list Server has an internal coder that gives the possibility to the team to build the article codes with a given rule. Just build the rule and let price-list server build the codes for you. The rules are freely creable as the codes.

Price-list Server thanks to the automatic layout can import and made available the orders from many data management softwares. You can layout your inDesign document with one drag and drop for order needed. The total amount of the order will be recalculated any time if something change (ask us what are the supported data management software for this function).
